Refund Policy

This policy explains how API Core Platform handles refunds for subscription payments processed through Lemon Squeezy.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case within 7 days of the charge date. We generally consider refunds for severe and verifiable service-impact incidents.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are usually not granted for partial usage, change of mind, or misconfiguration in your own integration.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, charge date, and issue details. We will review and respond as soon as possible.
